We had to request towels several times during our stay, which felt incredibly frustrating. The room was not stocked adequately, and we were constantly hunting for basic necessities. Additionally, the service was disappointing. when I raised an issue with the billing confusion, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.

We loved walking to the Empire Theatre and checking out the Majestic Theatre. The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from the riverwalk. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a great start to our busy days.

One hiccup was that the cleanliness of the shower could have been better. We noticed some mold, which was a bit off-putting.

I stayed for one night in a King Suite and absolutely loved the convenient location just a short walk from the Riverwalk and other attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable couch area. However, the parking fee was a bit high, and I wish it was included with the room rate.
